Culture Institute, assistant lecturer (1997), and mentor/teacher in acting (2000-06); Movie College, mentor/teacher in acting (2002); Georg Eristavi State Dramatic Theatre, general art director (2010-17); founder and general art director of Comedy International Festival (2014 to present); founder and head manager of Georgian Art Development Foundation (2014 to present); Rustavi Drama Theatre, general art director (2017 to present); Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University, associate professor and mentor/teacher of drama and film actors (2008 to present).

2002-04 Grand Prize – Student Performance Festival; 2003 –Most Promising Artist, Student Performance Festival; 2014 – Best Art Director, for Danton, awarded by Union of Georgian Theatre Workers; 2015 – Most Productive Art Director; 2015 – Grand Prize for The Cherry Orchard, awarded by Union of Georgian Theatre Workers; 2017 – Laureate of Sandro Akhmeteli Prize, awarded by Union of Georgian Theatre Workers.
